Hub terms of service
Last updated: April 21, 2026
Who this is for
WERQ Hub is a tool for staff at trans-serving and trans-adjacent partner organizations: case managers, peer supporters, navigators, and similar roles. Hub is not for individual client use; clients seeking direct support should visit the user-facing Journey app at journey.werqt.org.
What WERQ TOGETHER provides
WERQ TOGETHER (“we”) provides WERQ Hub (“Hub”) as a software platform that surfaces curated paths, resources, and referral templates for partner organization staff (“you”).
We are not providing case management, legal advice, medical advice, or social services through Hub. Hub is a workflow and reference tool. The clinical/legal/social judgment about what to do for any given client remains with you and your organization.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use Hub only as part of your professional work at the partner organization tied to your account
- Keep your sign-in credentials private
- Not include client-identifying information when describing situations or generating referrals — Hub is designed not to store that, and entering it anyway could create an unintended record
- Not attempt to access other users’ data, the underlying database, or any system beyond what Hub exposes
- Not use Hub to harass anyone, distribute spam, or send unsolicited communications outside the referral context
- Not redistribute Hub’s content (resource details, protocols, templates) outside your organization without our written permission
Your responsibility for client information
You are responsible for everything you do with information you receive from or send through your own systems while using Hub. Hub provides templates; you fill in the client information at the point of sending, in your own email client. That communication, and your handling of it, is your organization’s responsibility under whatever privacy framework applies to you (HIPAA, state confidentiality laws, organizational policy).
We do not become a HIPAA Business Associate by providing Hub. Hub does not store Protected Health Information by design. See the privacy policy for details.
Accuracy of resource information
We curate resources and protocols carefully but Hub content can become out of date — partners change intake hours, move, stop accepting referrals, and so on. You are responsible for verifying that a resource is currently accepting clients before placing significant reliance on a referral. Hub includes a “last verified” date on each resource where we have one; treat older dates with extra scrutiny.
No warranty
Hub is provided as-is. We do not warrant that Hub will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We recommend always having a backup plan when using Hub for time-sensitive client situations.
Termination
You can stop using Hub at any time and request account deletion from account settings. We can suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you’ve violated these terms or if your organization is no longer a partner. We’ll let you know why, except in cases where disclosure could compromise another party’s safety.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way we’ll notify active hub users by email and ask you to re-accept on next sign-in. Minor edits (typos, formatting) just get the “Last updated” date bumped.

Draft notice: these terms describe how WERQ TOGETHER intends Hub to be used. Before opening a public pilot, have these reviewed by counsel familiar with Oregon nonprofit contracts. The accompanying privacy policy carries the same caveat.
